My client is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their renowned business based in Birmingham.

Duties:
* Identifying new prospects as well as engaging current customer base with product offerings.
* Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
* Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
* Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
* Liaising with internal departments to create bespoke quotes for customers.
* Following up on sales that have not converted.
* Usage of the internal CRM system to engage with active, lost, and lapsed customer base.
