As Life Sciences Contracts Assistant in the Clinical Trials Unit you will focus on administrative support and contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Support in contract drafting and coordination across internal business unit and legal stakeholders
· Facilitates meetings and co-ordinates minutes with internal and external stakeholders
· Assist regulatory/compliance staff in the maintenance of regulatory documents in accordance with Boots SOPs and applicable Life Sciences regulations.
· Support documentation protocols for the credentialing and training of the Clinical Trials Unit and team members delivering trial conduct per protocol
· Supports internal and external audit execution
· Support set up of new vendor accounts.
