Facilities Manager

One of our clients are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager on a temporary basis to be based on a static Flagship corporate site based close to the Blackfriars area.
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Main duties will include but not limited:
* Managing TFM across property, with support from the Team Leaders.
* Taking ownership of planned and reactive maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring your team provide our students with a world-class and responsive service.
* Overall management of site team, inclusive of cleaning staff
* Take responsibility for the delivery of the planned maintenance strategy within your local cluster of properties
* Regularly meet with, review and audit contractor performance to ensure compliance with the contract and Health and Safety requirements.
* assessments and monitoring, ensuring compliance across the cluster
* Manage your own and your team s workload and pressure, and adapt to evolving situations by seeking alternative approaches
* Assist the facilities engineering team in keeping our properties in excellent condition.
* Be an active member of the Building Management Team, which includes front and back of house staff providing a variety of services through a "One Team" approach to building management. Work closely with principle fit-out contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Requirements
* Total Facility Management experience (soft/hard service)
* Previous experience working at a HQ/Flagship corporate site
* Client/Customer service experience
* Ability to cope with demands of compliance and providing 5 customer service
