We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our clients high-end dining and beverage operations.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's dining and beverage outlet, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable culinary experience. From managing day-to-day operations to leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the restaurant and bar team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
2. Oversee all aspects of dining and beverage service, ensuring that standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded.
3. Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
4. Collaborate with the executive management team to develop seasonal menus, wine lists, and specialty cocktails that showcase the flavors and ingredients of the Highlands.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
