CMA Recruitment Group are working with an established business based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a new role due to business grown and will be working in a team of 6.What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
* Responsible for the Purchase Ledger function for the business including processing invoices, seeking authorisation and raising weekly payment runs;
* Raising manual sales ledger invoices;
* Checking, processing and paying weekly expense claims;
* Preparing bank account reconciliations on all bank account;
* Reconciling and processing the monthly business credit card transactions;
* Submitting Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns to HMRC from Sage.
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Prior credit control and purchase ledger experience and knowledge of Sage (or the willingness to learn it);
* Strong interpersonal skills.
