Robert Half are working with an exciting growing business based in Edinburgh to recruit a Finance Assistant on an interim basis for 12 months to cover a period of Maternity leave. Our client is looking for an all-rounded Finance Assistant who can work well under-pressure within their friendly finance team.
Key responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger - processing invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Credit control
* Assisting with payment run preparation
* Matching credit card receipts to statements
* Any other adhoc duties
Must have:
* At least 3 years accounting experience
* Experience with sage
* Ideally good excel
* Pro-active attitude
* Positive mind-set
* Team player
Salary & Benefits
* £26,000
* 37.5 hours per week
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
