A major & investing Food Manufacturer are currently recruiting for a National Account Executive to join their team. This National Account Executive will support the Retail channel sales team to achieve stretching commercial KPIs by supporting the NAM / National Account Manager to deliver against the key objectives.
National Account Executive responsibilities include:
* Effective management of Independent Customers, ensuring GSV, volume and margin targets are achieved and identify opportunities for site to profitably grow.
* Support the NAMs in the delivery of NPD launched both branded and private label.
* Support the NAMs in the completion of customer administration error free and on time.
* First commercial point of contact with Supply Chain and Planning to understand shorts / lates and work cross functionally to resolve.
* Ensure samples are delivered to customers on time for product submission by working with Innovation.
You will ideally be Degree qualified / equivalent in a Food science / Business / equivalent discipline and have experience working within a commercial National Accounts team. Ideally you will have worked as a National Account Executive and be driven to progress your career in a major FMCG Food Manufacturer.
The National Account Executive will require excellent attention to detail, a can do attitude and a desire to support the NAMs / National Account Managers to deliver against stretching KPIs.
The National Account Executive will also have the ability to engage external and internal stakeholders to deliver against Retail Sales channel objectives
A proven experience in Selling & Influencing as well as Negotiation skills.
