Job Overview:The Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department is one of the foremost in the region, experiencing significant growth over recent years. They are currently seeking a Legal Advisor with 1-3 years experience in clinical negligence to manage and expand a busy case-load of clinical negligence cases, ranging from initial instructions to trial or settlement of litigated cases. The successful candidate will also support senior solicitors with high-value complex claims.
Responsibilities:- Manage all client work allocated by the Head of Department.- Ensure expeditious progression of client work while maintaining regular clientcommunication on progress and costs.- Uphold high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.- Achieve set performance targets.- Maintain confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information.- Foster clear and precise communications with other firm personnel.- Cultivate strong working relationships with external institutions and organizations.
