They will Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.The Candidate: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion initiatives for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth. The BDM will work with other department heads to establish project milestones and work to complete projects effectively and within the budget.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts, to identify new clients, new partnerships or new products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. Create and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and drive. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software A digital native who is adaptable and tech savvy.
