As a tutor that works with SEN students or students with additional needs, you will have a good understanding on the importance of tailoring the learning experience to the individual and identifying what works for them.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team to facilitate and provide individualised learning for students that find the school curriculum challenging. Responsibilities:
To provide 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions that are tailored to the individual or the group.
Able to recognise where students are struggling and adjust the lesson plan to suit their needs, but also being able to see where their strengths are and develop the work when appropriate.
Communicate regularly with students, parents and other school professionals to effectively monitor progress and adjust lessons where appropriate.
Apply evidence-based strategies to support student progress and emotional wellbeing.

Educated to a degree level.
