I am working with two clients at the moment who are providers of services to the NHS and are actively looking for their next business development managers to join their team.
I am searching for multiple Business Development Managers to join their existing team with the aim of creating and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with valued clients and healthcare professionals.
The Business Development Managers will be responsible with developing and winning new clients in line with the clients growth strategy. To be successful in this role you will need to be methodical, organised, and adaptable to changing priorities. You also must have excellent customer services skills. And be able to develop relationships with people quickly.
You will be:
* A self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed
* Have a firm understanding of diagnostics and the NHS
* Diligent and care about the service they deliver to patients and clients
* The subject matter expert for each of the services that you are engaging with.
* Able to naturally and quickly build strong and effective working relationships with clients
* Methodical and organised, someone who takes ownership and pride in the work you deliver
* Adept at meeting deadlines while working under pressure
* Confident in your IT skills
* Enthusiastic to learn new skills and develop professionally
* Relationship centred
* Motivated to ensure their clients and candidates receive the best customer service
* Have a clear understanding of the NHS and Insourcing landscape.
Both roles have elements of home working, I am looking to speak to candidates across both London and the North of England.
Salary really is dependent on experience, however my clients are open to having conversations with seasoned BD professionals with salary expectations between £45k-£60k. Both clients have bonuses.
