The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team and be responsible for providing a first-class, customer-centric service to clients.The ideal candidate will already have experience of working in a Managed Service environment, be proactive and have impeccable communication skills, with a proven track record of problem solving, and providing first-class customer service.Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
* Provide 1st Line Support via remote tools and telephone to customers
* Logging tickets, liaising with 2nd and 3rd line Support Consultants when needed
* Liaise with 3rd party vendors
* Prioritising workloads and complete service desk tickets in line with SLAs
* Ensuring documentation is accurate
