Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a client in Brighton who are looking to recruit a Payroller on an initial 6 month fixed-term basis. This role is focusing on assisting the Payroll Manager with ensuring the payroll, benefits and pensions are paid correctly and on a timely basis.
Duties may include:
* Liaising with HR to collect employee data.
* Calculating payroll (wages, holiday, overtime)
* Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports
* Processing weekly and monthly payroll
Essential experience:
* Previous experience working within a payroll or payroll administration role
* AAT qualifications (desirable, not essential)
* Available on immediate or short notice
* Able to commute to central Brighton on a daily basis.
