Due to our ongoing popularity and commitment to excellence and innovation, were looking to increase our brigade with the addition of a Chef de Partie role, in either our main kitchen or banqueting kitchen.
Whether working in our newly refurbished and extended state of the art main kitchen or spacious banqueting kitchen, youll be responsible for:
* The preparation, presentation and service of dishes for a variety of events or services.
* Ensuring HACCP procedures are followed.
* Supervision and coaching of the brigade and kitchen portering team.
* Assisting in managing the team to deliver cleaning and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
Our facilities are second to none, including our trail blazing Under the Stars 5 luxury domes dining and events experience, our award-winning Pineapple Grill & Seafood Restaurant and our historic 800-year-old 1236 Cave Bar.Our recently added ballroom with a capacity for 200 is an in-demand venue.
