We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor who has a strong background of employer relations and HR generalist experience and preferably experience of supervision of HR team including HR Advisors & Administrators. A true HR generalist role, with a focus in providing strong support to managers and staff across all our service areas. In this varied role, you will work closely with the Head of HR in assisting with the development and implementation of key HR strategies. This role includes complex employee relations case resolution, statutory compliance, business support and ownership of key projects that deliver organisational and corporate objectives.
