Head Of Sales
We are working with a leading provider of energy connections who design, build, own, and look after the ongoing maintenance of utility infrastructure projects. The business delivers their services nationally and is playing a key part in the UK’s net zero and smart energy revolution.
They are looking to add a Head of Sales to motivate and lead the full business team to meet sales growth targets!
Responsibilities:
* Building and driving a sales strategy
* Providing leadership and day to day management of the sales teams performance
* Build relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting functions to share best practice
* Assist with collaboration and a group team work approach to assist colleagues
Skills/Experience:
* Sales or extensive business development experience within Utilities/construction industry
* Dealt with leading teams and developing new business pipeline along with account management
* Be able to hit the ground running, manage the needs of current customers
Salary: C£80,000 (+ Bonuses and Car Allowance)
Location: South Yorkshire – Remote with visits to Sheffield office once a fortnight (client meetings/site visits)
