We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our client's team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in our client's hiring process. You will be responsible for sifting through CVs and ensuring that our client finds the right candidates for their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sift through CVs and applications to identify candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications for our client's open positions.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's suitability for the role.
Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Manage the candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Liaise with hiring managers and team members to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the health care or social services sector.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with employment law and regulations.
