Due to the success of the business, we are expanding and this new role will support the CEO with development of new locations in addition to providing general PA services.

Job Description
Administrative Support
* Act as an interface with external and internal contacts and assist with requests as necessary.
* Monitor all correspondence, letters and emails responding as appropriate.
* Handle telephone enquiries and take ownership for resolving issues on behalf of the CEO and senior team.
* Meet and greet visitors and take care of their needs.
* Manage the electronic diaries of the CEO and senior team, arrange meetings, record holidays booked and approved and notify senior team of any diary clashes.
* Arrange travel and accommodation and compile any complex travel itineraries.
* Attend meetings and record actions, distribute minutes and chase action points.
* Prepare reports, executive summaries, presentations and newsletters.
* ·Manage and review filing and office systems, ensure system is effective and information can be traced and found at all times.
* ·Conduct research on the internet on relevant topics.
* Order office supplies, including stationery and refreshments.
Development Plans
* Assist with the identification of suitable new clinic locations, liaising with property agents, assessing property letting details and attending site visits.
* ·Co-ordinate all communications associated with new locations, including site details, letting proposals, facilities and equipment and new hires.
* Assist with the recruitment of the new team, including liaising with Consultant Plastic Surgeons and preparing the necessary paperwork for all new appointments, GMC, NMC and DBS checks.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience
* Well-educated ideally with bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally 3 years+
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy,
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion,
* Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people and finding solutions to problems.
