We're currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our Public Sector client on a minimum 6-month contract. You'll work from home four days a week, with one day in the Glasgow office. You will receive an hourly rate of £12.80ph-£16.03ph, depending on experience. The role offers flexible working hours covering a 37-hour week over Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Provide support to the HR Business partners with their ad hoc day to day tasks and duties
* Support the HR team and line managers to ensure the smooth running of processes relevant to the development and management of staff within their relevant profession
* Co-ordinating and supporting the performance management process, supporting key internal stakeholders in operating a fair and transparent performance management process
* Support HR colleagues and other professions offices in their role and undertake tasks commensurate with their ability to facilitate the people agenda
* Demonstrates effective diversity and inclusive team behaviour
* Attend professional events and meetings and supporting L&OD initiatives
* Maintenance and security of all Professions related data i.e. employee skills matrix and performance management information
