Our client is looking for additional Customer Experience Advisors to deal with their American market working 4pm - midnight
This position is fully remote however you are invited into the office to work the first half of your shift whenever/if you desire
Main Duties:
* Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery and pricing
* Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
* Recognise potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities
* Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
* Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information

* An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
* Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to provide outstanding service
* Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
