Our client, a rising star in the B2C marketplace industry, is searching for a Head of Sales and Partnerships to join their leadership team and own the strategy to skyrocket their user base.

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Share Options + Bonus Scheme (TBD)
Location : City Centre Manchester (4 days a week in the office)

What You’ll Do as Head of Sales:
Own customer acquisition: Craft a winning strategy, partnerships, and features to attract customers and ensure retention
Lead the brand’s expansion: Identify top markets and spearhead launches
Build a high-performing, tech-enabled sales team: and ensure through mentorship that people are performing to their best levels and are happy
Drive results with data: Analyse metrics and optimise sales strategies.
Stay aware of the wider tech industry: and strive for your department to remain at the forefront of innovation

You’ll love this role if you have:
Relevant commercial experience crushing sales goals in a senior role (ideally within startups or high-growth companies. B2C or B2B SME focus a plus)
Team Builder & Strategist: Proven ability to build high-performing teams and execute impactful sales strategies.

Communication Master: Excel in communication, presentations, and relationships.
