We're currently recruiting for an international company which offers a wide range of logistics, moving and relocation solutions to clients globally. They're looking for a French speaking Logistics Manager (Move management).
As a Logistics Manager fluent in French, you'll be the primary liaison between clients and assignees, overseeing all aspects of transportation services for relocations. This pivotal role involves coordinating door-to-door moves, from initiation calls to tracking shipments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. You'll maximise revenue opportunities, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
* Coordinating all aspects of door-to-door moves, including initiation calls and arranging pre-move surveys.
* Managing documentation provision, quoting moves, and booking with approved suppliers.
* Tracking shipments and updating stakeholders at each stage of the process.
* Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and processes.
* Identifying new opportunities and supporting the sales team when necessary.
