Sales Co-ordinator

My Client is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to prepare commercial tenders from the receipt of enquiry through to final submission, including technical work-up of pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with knowledge of an engineering environment who is driven and ready to step into a sales role.
Key Duties:
* Develop relationships with the client base in procurement as necessary
* Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up
* Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
* Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
* Submit bids through client media systems.
* Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
* Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
* Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
* Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.
Pay & Benefits:
* Salary of up to GBP29,500 per annum depending on experience
