Summary
Tide Partnership are delighted to be working with a charity who are looking to grow their fundraising team by recruiting a Trust Fundraiser. This is a really great opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional to join a charity that can continually increase income generation.
The Role
As the Trust Fundraiser you will be of achieving income targets through trust and grants fundraising
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Formulating and executing an extensive strategy for Trust Fundraising, in accordance with the charity's financial objectives and milestones.
* Investigate and establish a diverse pool of potential trusts, encompassing both familiar and new prospects.
* Fostering connections with past donors, ensuring they receive thorough updates on previous grants to cultivate their interest in future solicitations.
* Responsibility for drafting reports addressed to Trusts that have provided funding.
* Taking the lead in maintaining communication with Trusts post-funding to sustain their interest in potential future applications.
* Ensuring meticulous documentation of all donor and prospect interactions within our CRM system.
* Upholding superior levels of donor support and stewardship, adhering to stringent standards.
* Collaborating closely with the fundraising team, Trustees, community/club services team, staff, and central office personnel.
* Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with external stakeholders, including potential donors, community organisations, volunteers, and supporters.
Job Criteria
* Proven track record of meeting financial goals by securing funding through trust and grant applications, showcasing adeptness in crafting compelling proposals and fostering strong relationships with donors to ensure ongoing support.
* 2 years experience in grant writing role
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective ability to collaborate with key external and internal stakeholders
* Passion and willingness to hit key targets and objectives
