What the role of a Recruitment Sales Trainer involves:
* Full responsibility for the delivery of development courses, including our client and candidate training courses
* Create training materials, content & courses to support business materials
* Engaging with key stakeholders within InterEx Group to understand their business and what support is needed for their consultants
* Provide phone coaching and at-desk support for consultants
* Identify & report training needs in the business to leaders
* Contribute and keep up to date with business changes
* Positively impact culture and atmosphere
What we require from a Recruitment Sales Trainer:
* Experience in recruitment is essential
* Learning and Development and/ or Sales Training background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
* Coachable personality with the ability to think on your feet
* Proven track record of success
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Demonstrating enthusiasm for the recruitment industry
* Accountability for learning outcomes
* Proactively identifying improvements for training and development
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training program
