RM Recruit Ltd are delighted to be working with an excellent third sector organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are seeking a confident Finance Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis working 30 hours per week. Our client is able to offer a flexible, hybrid working arrangement with a competitive salary.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead on the day-to-day management and administration of the financial operations including payroll. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, financial planning and analysis, and budget management.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
2. Processing sales and purchase invoices and orders
3. Processing the monthly payroll including pensions
4. Calculating accruals, prepayments and journals
5. Preparing monthly management accounts
6. Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
7. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
8. Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expense forecasts.
