The Opportunity:
Due to growth, this HR-Tech is looking to add a skilled and commercially-minded Customer Success Manager to the team.
Whilst the business is still in start-up/ scale-up mode, they’re backed by a larger entity, therefore providing a platform for rapid expansion.
The team of full of energy, ultra-passionate about Customer Success and more importantly the mission: To positively impact the way businesses attract, onboard and develop under-represented individuals.
As a scaling business, no day will be the same and playbooks and processes are still being developed/ implemented. This is therefore an opportunity for someone who loves the scale-up space to help develop a best-in-class CS function.
Supporting c.20 well recognised blue-chip brands, you will be their strategist and champion, driving to achieve their candidate and employee engagement goals.
Retention and account growth are your key objectives, and you’ll work closely with the wider technical and sales function to achieve these!
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a high-touch customer success role.
* Commercially minded. You’ve worked to commercial targets and you know your numbers.
* Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling/ start-up SaaS business.
* A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
* Data savvy with the ability to story tell with facts.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here!
* A team player! Support the team, learn from the team, be part of the team!
* Ideally experience of working within a HR-Tech solution and/or with HR decision makers.

* A base salary up to £45k plus £10k bonus (uncapped)
