Hays Technology are currently recruiting for a Change Manager to partner across the business to provide change management expertise and leadership in order to facilitate and guide the organisation, managers and colleagues through organisation change and transition, ensuring that change is implemented smoothly, in the right way and drives adoption.Principal Accountabilities Responsible for the leadership and delivery of change management activities and initiatives ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption. Creation and leadership of the client's change management approach & framework ensuring alignment to best practice methodologies and to each stage of the project lifecycle as needed. Efficient and effective mobilisation of change management strategies in line with the client's framework including:
