Do you want to be part of something exciting? YPO are looking for Business Analyst to join out Business Change Team, helping implement the YPO Portfolio and drive project success.

In this pivotal role, you'll support various projects aligned with our 3-5-year strategy. We prioritise our customers and teams, and the Business Change Team ensures a holistic view of our business. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and other teams to enact change and achieve our strategic goals.
Initially, you'll focus on supporting the Procurement Services team and related process/system enhancements, therefore it is desirable that as a successful candidate you can demonstrate understanding in this area.
This role demands flexibility, a keen grasp of business processes, and project management expertise. You'll employ a variety of business analysis skills to tackle complex issues and help guide YPO through significant transformation.

If successful in your application, YPO will assist you to develop your skills through a Development Plan over 12 to 18 months. During this time, you will be employed as a Junior Business Analyst, on a Grade 8 salary (£32,076 - £34,834 per year), progressing to a permanent Business Analyst upon successful completion of all development tasks.
