What You'll Do:
As a Sales Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Order Management: Inputting and processing orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
2. Documentation: Creating proformas, raising purchase orders (POs), and handling commercial invoicing.
3. Financial Coordination: Sending out invoices and liaising with the Accounts team to ensure accurate financial records.
4. Procurement Support: Assisting with purchasing activities and managing vendor relationships.
