My client is experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This full-time role, reporting to the Group Financial Controller, offers a prime opportunity to contribute to their success.Key Responsibilities:Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and payment runs.Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, collaborating with divisional teams.Prepare overhead reports with insightful variance analysis.Lead monthly payroll processing.Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and manage intercompany reconciliations.Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system administration.Mentor and develop a team of three.Document end-to-end finance processes and provide ad-hoc support.Success in this role involves:Efficient management of ledger functions.Producing accurate overhead analysis.Collaborating with operational teams for financial insights.Driving ERP system improvements.Building strong cross-functional relationships.Qualifications:ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Project management and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and numeracy skills.Previous SME finance team management experience preferred.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) desirable.If you're a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional ready to contribute to their dynamic team, apply now!
