Job Description
Dueto continued growth, we are now seeking a HRAdvisor to join our HR team at our client’s site inBridgwater.
AsHR Advisor you will be responsible for delivering a seamless andefficient operational service to all areas of the business, throughthe provision of effective first line advice and guidance to thepeople managers.
This is a full time,permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to5pm offering a competitive salary and package andthe opportunity to work with a forward thinking marketleader.
Job responsibilities of HRAdvisor include:
* Towork with and support the unionised work force on our clientssite.
* Provide an efficient support service forHR, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies andprocedures.
* Provides first line advice,guidance and coaching to line managers for all matters relating tothe full employee lifecycle, escalating complex or high-risk casesto HRBP
* Co-ordinate, attend and provide supportfor ER meetings as required.
* Responsibility forthe completion of people related changes, including changes toTerms and Conditions and Approval toRecruit.
* Track and provide data as requested,using data to suggest and implementinitiatives
* Championing and supportinggroup-wide processes, such as working with Central Functions in jobevaluations and grading
* Maintenance of HRSystem holding employee information in timely and accuratemanner
* Partner with Learning and Developmentand line managers to support in the identification and provision oftraining and development needs
* Consistentlyreview and develop of people related processes, as appropriate,supporting the continual improvement of thefunction.
Qualifications
Toapply for the role of HR Advisor youwill possess the following skills, experiences andqualifications:
* CIPD Level 3 minimumideally.
* Previous experience of working with aunionised work force.
* HR legislativeunderstanding and knowledge
* Proven experiencein advising on HR associated matters
* Highattention to detail and accuracy
* Highlyorganised with the ability to manage conflictingpriorities
* Adaptable/flexible
* Havea determined and resilient attitude towardswork.
* Positive and credible with the ability tobuild trust, respect and openness
* Commercialand proactive mind-set
* High level IT skillsusing MS Office suite
* Excellent communicationskills
