About the Role:As the Supply Chain Process Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in Supply Chain function, overseeing and enhancing critical processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment. This role requires a talented individual with SC clearance and a proven track record in supply chain management and process improvement.Contract Length: 12 monthsLocation: Aldermaston Max 2 days on site, remainder remote. No travelIR35: InsideKey Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of specialists, providing clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.Take ownership of contractual governance, leveraging expertise in contract law, terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements.Develop and maintain risk management tracking and methodology for the Supply Chain sub-function.Establish and maintain Supply Chain governance and reporting for risk and compliance agenda.Represent Supply Chain sub-functions in external relationships with MoD, government bodies, and regulators.Lead and support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and resolution of findings.Utilise spend analytics to provide actionable insights, shaping future demand and procurement decisions.Design and deliver best practice reporting of procurement activity improvement initiatives.Collaborate with category management and business analysts to define standard metrics and KPIs.Essential Requirements:SC ClearanceProven experience in process implementation and standardizing supply chain processes.Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement and working closely with transformation teams.Knowledge of PCR 2015 is advantageous.Experience in writing process guides and providing standard/bespoke business reports.Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working across departments.Previous procurement supply chain experience is highly desirable.
