The Programmes and HOST division, has several contracts with a variety of funders and as part of the governance structure a contract management team is being established.
The Role:
Your key responsibilities will consist of:
-Working with our internal teams to ensure a full understanding of contractual requirements and funder expectations.
-Working with our tech team and delivery partners to ensure our programmes, including our Innovate to Scale, Gametech365, FreelanceHer100 and Modern Workplace Modern Worker, Gametech bootcamps, etc continually meet contractual requirements.
-Developing a risk register - reviewing and identifying key risks and creating mitigation plans.
-Monitoring and controlling contract performance and providing the Senior Management Team with regular feedback and updates.
-Taking the lead on completing monthly funder claim reports.
-Ensuring the highest standard of external project reporting, precisely detailing, and advising on project progress, key issues, completion date and costs.
-Ensuring the relevant commercial agreements are in place and regularly reviewed (for example, NDAs, supplier agreements).
-Maintaining impeccable audit records and data entry.
-Working collaboratively with our Group Finance Manager to manage contract budgets and future forecasting.
-Have oversight and maintain governance standards across funded programmes.
-Establish and implement data monitoring and reporting processes.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a contract’s management role.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience of managing multiple contracts at once.
Strategic thinking.
Strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate confident interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise own time and workload.
Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask.
Excellent MS office suite skills.
Meticulous attention to detail even in high pressure situations
Desirable:
A business or law related degree.
