Acturis Support Officer

As we continue to grow and shape the group, we’re looking to strengthen our team to ensure we’re providing the right support across the businesses we power.
You’ll be supporting a variety of our businesses on their use of Acturis, acting as the first port of call providing reactive assistance to specific issues or proactively proposing further developments or changes to address common problems.
We’re also happy with the successful applicant being home based if your happy coming into London a few times a month, some travel will also be involved with the role.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
* Providing advice and solutions to colleagues to address technical referrals
* Working with the Acturis Training & Implementation Manager, to ensure user guides are in place and to provide remote or on-site support for new users
* Managing configuration changes to the various Acturis environments including documentation, as well as the necessary support required for GRP migrations
* Ensuring integration timescales are met and all relevant staff have been trained effectively
* Provide support on-site where required
* Maintaining good relationships to support the end-to-end delivery of the proposition
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders (both internally and externally clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
* Ensuring documentation, records and systems are accurate and updated where required
* Assisting managers with MI and wider data on integration

Your experience:
* You’ll have a solid grounding within insurance whether as a broker, account exec or a systems specialist ideally with Acturis Super User status, alternatively we’re happy to talk to professionals who have used Acturis for 3-4+ years and are able to develop colleague’s knowledge
* Experience of working with users and altering configurations where required
* You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Acturis experience is essential for this position)
* A full driving licence
