Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Sales and account development of new and existing customers or regions. You will demonstrate expertise in industrial engineering sales, possess strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in industrial engineering within a sales-based capacity.
* 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
* Proven track record as a sales hunter, capable of researching new markets and driving sales.
* Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, nurturing positive relationships with clients.
* Proactively resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.
* Set and achieve KPIs, leading by example in sales performance.
* Develop and implement account development and penetration strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer/Manager.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
