THE ROLE
As a Recruiter in our Didcot branch, you will play a critical role in identifying and connecting with top talent, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful temporary and permanent placements. This role demands a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure an excellent service is provided to our clients and candidates along with building strong relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement:
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture.
* Attend regular client visits to discuss business opportunities and offering our service solution
* Supply suitable candidates to cover all client requirements.
* Identify and qualify new business leads via networking, sales calls and new client visits
Candidate Discovery:
* Using your local knowledge through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events, identify and attract potential candidates.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
