Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Administrator
Location: Thatcham
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (pro rata)
Hours: 3 - 4 days per week, 24 hours
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience in an office or administration, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with processing payroll for 13 companies, with a total of 300 staff members
* Preparation of payroll data including new starters, leavers, sickness, holiday, and pay variations
* Data entry of hours worked into the payroll system
* Issuing and distributing electronic payslips
* Supporting the HR Coordinator with processing SSP and SMP
* Making declarations to the pension regulator and processing pension payments
* Assisting the HR team with additional HR administration tasks
* Dealing with any tax enquiries and preparing P11'ds
* Checking the integrity of the HMRC gateway to ensure agreement with PAYE
Requirements:
1. Office experience in administration, payroll, or HR (beneficial but not essential)
