Due to continued growth our client a market leader within their sector is now recruiting for a new Business Development Executive to work within their team across Lancashire and North Yorkshire - Clitheroe and Ripon specifically. Job Role – Business Development Executive
Contract – 4 days a week
Working Hours – Typically 8-430, but will need to be flexible as to attend events.
Reporting to – Operations Manager & Managing Director
PRIMARY TASKS
Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and Sales displays
Meeting new and existing clients in person
Pitching products and services to new customers & offering new services to existing customers
Meeting sales goals and ensuring you are working towards set targets at all times
Maintaining client, investor and other business stakeholder relationships
Strong attention to detail
Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors
Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
