To operate across regions working on conjunction with the Area Operations Managers and Network Support Managers to ensure the transport operation remains legal, safe, effective and an efficient network. Working with a positive customer satisfaction ethos identifying areas for development to deliver and exceed targeted service levels maximising the customer service experience.
Your Time at Work
Key Accountabilities as Area Support Manager:
· Report all accidents in a timely manner, ensure the appropriate details are recorded on the correct company systems, following up with investigations to understand root cause and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
· Conduct regular store reviews and record minutes and actions, ensure actions are followed up.
· Report all failed deliveries and working with our teams and the customer to reduce overall failures.
· Liaise with all operations within the network to ensure full legal compliance is maintained and track performance by site, monitor fleet maintenance requirements and engage with fleet suppliers ensuring all commitments are met.
