Responsibilities as a Senior People Operations Administrator
HRIS administration: Oversee the day-to-day operation of our HRIS (BambooHR), including system configuration, data management, and user support
System enhancements and optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies. Implement enhancements and integrations as needed.
Plan, conduct and risk mitigate BAU processes: pro-actively schedule, organise and set up our systems & guidance to ensure we hit our business as usual people activities (such as performance management, engagement survey etc) in a timely, concise and risk mitigating manner
