The role
We’re looking for a Spanish speaking Account Manager to work on a high-profile technology account. You will work in a small team based on site in the Clients office managing their requirements across all channels and product categories primarily for Europe, but also working directly with the Client team based in Tokyo.
You will manage projects from inception of client brief to final fulfilment of media plans across multi-channel projects; Print, Web, DOOH, Press, social media placements, HTML & Static display banners, as well as working with the web activation team to create master web pages ready for Global localisation.
The role will be based in our client office in Weybridge 3x a week and report into the Client Director/Regional Account Lead at eg+ London. We’re currently working to a hybrid working model which will allow all eg+ employees to split their time between the office and other locations to provide more flexibility to our working week.
Responsibilities
* You are responsible for internal and client facing asset management across clients.
* Internally, you work with the wider client services department and other eg+ teams daily, liaising with and briefing projects to both the print and digital studios to produce assets
* Adhere to eg+ working practices and utilisation of all eg+/client/agency workflow tools.
* Interrogate client briefs and media plans to provide the most efficient & highest quality response & output.
* Check quality and content of all material produced with overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of compliant material.
* Take proactive measures to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and day-to-day output.
* Work independently on projects that don’t require manager oversight.
* Resolve day-to‐day issues and problems that arise and manage crisis situations effectively with the support of your managers
* Ensure any issues that you are unable to address personally are escalated to the appropriate level.
* Liaise with your manager asap if there are any potential write-offs or gains against forecast on your jobs and avoid projects going over scope.
* Leading status meetings in support of SAM.
* Have a solid understanding of the legal/regulatory issues and strong, effective relationships with approval bodies for your clients as required. Ensure knowledge remains up to date with any changes in regulations.
* Help write and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.
* Ensure all projects are kicked off with appropriate budget confirmations/PO/ approvals.
* Responsible for the internal tracking and financial stewardship of all brands and work closely with the eg+ finance team in order to ensure this is managed efficiently and in a timely fashion. Finance responsibilities include but are not limited to raising job numbers, accurate estimates, billing Clients on time, keep billing schedules updated, job reconciliations etc.
* Produce timely and accurate contact/status reports (or ensure this task is undertaken within the team)
* Ensuring a robust audit trail for all work produced.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
· Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
· Excellent attention to detail and written/communication skills
