* Belfast location with onsite parking
The Role:
* Gathering overdue payments from clients.
* Addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
* Contacting clients regularly for payment, either weekly or monthly.
* Corresponding with both customers and coworkers through email.
* Pausing accounts when necessary due to delayed payments.
* Keeping track of and addressing any discrepancies, including issuing Credit Notes.
The Person:
* 1-2 years minimum experience in Credit Control.
* The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
