As Reward Advisor you will support the design, delivery, and implementation of the Group’s Reward strategy, providing data analysis and financial modelling, drafting reward communications, and supporting the development of Reward approaches, tools and processes.

* Supporting the annual reward cycle such as pay review.
* Providing market research and Insights, completing data submissions for external reward surveys and contributing to reports on individual reward packages and pay structures (including job evaluations).
* Producing financial modelling and data analysis, including annual pay gap calculations, owning the process, and presenting the findings.
* A variety of Reward projects, for example producing pay review toolkits.
* Assisting in designing and implementing reward programmes, monitoring their effectiveness, and suggesting improvements.
This role will suit someone with an understanding of how compensation and benefits work, who is now looking to build upon that Reward experience. An initiative-taker who is willing to get stuck in. Previous experience of international mobility would be advantageous but not essential. What is important, is your passion for the function, your desire to help enhance the reward offering, your drive to produce results and your ability to learn. To succeed in this role:
* will have a track record of working with data, summarising detailed information.
* Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
* working on Reward projects, working with complex data, and delivering to timeframes.
* desire to deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively.
On offer with this role is a comprehensive benefits package and a very flexible hybrid working pattern.
