The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.
We’re looking for people who are keen to learn, excited about getting stuck in and are ready for a challenge to help us to achieve our aim of creating a special lending business for our customers.
Role Purpose:
Cultivate and sustain relationships with Mortgage Intermediaries, promoting technology integrations for enhanced business levels and application quality. Utilize phone and Teams communication to maximize new business opportunities. Ensure right-first-time submissions, and secure fair outcomes for all parties. Conduct occasional in-person meetings with intermediaries, either at their offices or Ty Admiral. Sales Targets and meeting service levels will form a large part of your Objectives.
This is a hybrid working position, however given the infancy of the business you would be expected to work in the office three days a week. Once launched, as both a broker and customer facing team, your working days and hours could be varied and include Saturday working where required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the relationships, communications and training requirements with our Mortgage Intermediaries.
* Proactively drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal.
* Respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals applying policy expertise, with a strong focus on conversion and sales targets.
* Identifying new sales opportunities and potential unique selling points (USPs) for the product range.
* Advocate too and support Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties & customers with available Intergrations and system queries.
* Collaborate and regularly give feedback to internal teams to enhance broker engagement, meeting and optimizing customer expectations and satisfaction.
* Maintain an up-to-date and proactive CRM system.
* Onboarding and monitoring of Mortgage Intermediaries in line with our Policies and Procedures.
* Monitor and report on account performance, tracking and analyzing KPIs and sales revenue.
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated track record in proactive Customer Relationship Management and Sales (preferably within Secured Lending)
* Specific Second Charge Specialist Lending experience desirable but not essential
* Track Record of working within a Sales Target + Customer Satisfaction driven environment.
* Ability to manage and utilise MI to translate into increasing sales opportunities.
* CEMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.

All colleagues will receive 33 days holiday (including banks holidays) when they join us, and this will increase with length of service, up to a maximum of 38 days (including banks holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave in addition to your allocation.
