CCW was established in 1985 by Co-founders Bill and Liz Geddes. 39 years later having experienced the ups and downs of running a family business, they have stood the test of time and successfully own and run 2 award winning stores in; Callander and St Andrews. With strong values and a team friendly culture, not to mention an appetite to drive this business forward, siblings Ross and Emily stepped in to work alongside their parents and wider CCW team to support this evolving retail environment.
This job is located in our CCW Clothing St Andrews store.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide top level customer service that exceeds the expectation of customers
* Achieve individual and store sales and KPI indicators by maximising every opportunity to make sales
* Provides support to Store Manager
* Perform till duties, including refund processing and price overrides
* Identify the needs of customers
* Delegate and oversee the day-to-day tasks of employees on their team
* Provide support by acting as a key holder in meeting the needs of the business in the store whenever required
* Ensure security of stocks, and handling of cash in line with company processes and procedures
