Technical IT Account Manager is required to join an award-winning MSP business that is at a height of business growth.This role is offered on a fully remote, working from home (UK only basis).
Please note the ideal candidate will be within easy travel to London as there will be some travel to visit clients.
Essential experience of selling VOIP telco, Connectivity ideally within MSP or B2B.
Role Responsibilities
* Managing our existing portfolio and developing key accounts as well as the ability to attract new business opportunities.
* Hold regular account review meetings to analyse customers' needs.
* Providing technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes
* Negotiating new contract and payment terms.
* Liaising with our Service Delivery team
Experience Required
* Established technical background with hands on experience in digital and cloud-based technologies.
* You will be passionate about working within the Telecoms & IT Sector
* Previous knowledge of selling within an IT or Telecoms environment.
* A good knowledge of relevant technologies including:
* Cloud Services, Microsoft and Linux technologies, VOIP & Unified Communications
* Advantage if you are confident at selling Cisco, Juniper or Meraki products.
