Business Analyst / Solution Owner

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst / Solution Owner to join our digital transformation team within the parent company. This role will be instrumental in driving the adoption and optimization of ERP, Finance, HR, and CRM solutions, as well as facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of business applications and technology solutions, with a focus on configuration, customization, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ERP, Finance, HR, and CRM solutions.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
* Configure and customize software applications to meet business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive alignment on solution design and implementation.
* Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of implemented systems.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Owner, preferably in a large-scale digital transformation environment.
* In-depth knowledge of ERP, Finance, HR, and CRM systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience with configuration, customization, and workflow management within enterprise software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
