Your key responsibilities as the Registered Manager:
As the Registered Manager you will have full autonomy of your home, you’ll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within your home, enabling young people to thrive. You’ll inspire and lead your team to run a warm and friendly home, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to help them achieve positive outcomes.
You will achieve compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and ensure your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
