Key responsibilities:· Promoting the company's range of hospitality technology products and services· Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across# multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.· Assist with growing the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer enquiries.· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches.· Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:· At least 2 years hand on experience working in a marketing role.· Demonstrate experience and knowledge of marketing planning and activity management.· Proficiency in digital marketing and AI tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
